it's already almost 3 here
well i'm still surviving well in NZ. i may be extending my stay to saturday instead of friday. before confirming anything i have to call up SQ tomorrow.
tired. first time i did something so tiring today. hahah will update soon (in my NZ blog).
meanwhile my friend's (Amos) bed is beckoning. the rest of the lot are still up. yawn..

the evil midgits and their pool of evil
one fine day, the evil midgets of clayton schemed against the wealthy mr i'm-leaving-for-good gan. midget renald suggested abducting mr gan. everyone praised midget renald for his great flawless idea and they set off to corner mr i'm-leaving-for-good gan. after dinner at walrus with mr i'm-leaving-for-good gan, the wolves in sheep clothing (aka evil midgets) gagged mr ILFG gan, collected his valuables and shoved him into midget allan-lan-lan's car.
noticing the suspicious nature of the evil midgets, bystanders lai and evelyn notified the police. the policemen trailed the entourage of 6 cars, engaging in a car chase but the various cars managed to dodge the policemen
soon, car after car, the respective cars reached the destination- the midget headquarters where midget allan-lan-lan allegedly resided in. the evil midgets waited in anticipation while waiting for everyone to arrive.
some discussed the fate of mr i'm-leavin-for-good gan. others posed for the cameras.
finally evil ringleader danny nodded an approval for mr i'm-leaving-for-good gan to be thrown into the pool of evil, where any innocent person would be transformed horribly into a midget, a midget of evil. helpless mr i'm-leaving-for-good gan was mercilessly thrown into the pool of evil as the rest of the evil midgets chuckled.
after the successful transformation of mr i'm-very-evil-now-haha gan, ringleader danny instructed his foot soldiers to throw miss i'm-still-very-innocent renee into the pool of evil because she wasn't evil enough. after struggling for minutes, where minutes seemed like hours, she relented and she was thrown into the pool of evil.
miss i'm-still-very-innocent renee was transformed alright. she instigated janelle to be baptised in the pool of evil after mr poor-passerby winson was dumped into the pool. this was because she knew janelle did not go through the proper procedures to be inaugurated into the midget community. janelle's eyes lit up immediately and she was on fire! she was in the mood for kills, trechery and whatever that was considered evil in the world.
everybody was happy once they were assured that they were all evil. and they lived happily ever after, where boys rode on small bikes, girls dressed up *ahem* nicely.

tired and HUNGRY AGAIN ulgh
hmm can't seem to recall wat happened these few days.
for one of the days i inviteed janelle, kee and christie for dinner. tat was tues i tink. wat about monday??? argh. my memory's failing me. sniff.. OHHH went exploring berwick with janelle. =) had nice cheap food in the town itself. i wanna do it again!!! hehehe
well two blisters, one burst blister and a pair of sore feat later, renzi's a tired gal. wow. i'm quite impressed with myself, constantly waking up to run early in the morning. i tink i deserve a pat on my back. only things to remember NOT TO DO.
1) never run with ur mouth opened. stupid fly happily flew right into my mouth yesterday. ULGH. kinda reminds me of charms. HAHAHA last year she keeps attracting flies to her mouth (AHHAHAHA sounds very wrong there)
2) remember the KEYS. hehe i assumed my housemates brought out the keys and they did the same thing. we had to call danny, wake him up to er...open the door for us *sheepish*
well...yeah...time to go finish up the bloody value-exchange essay. ARGH! horror!

sleepy and hungry
sucks..i'm feeling hungry. hate this feeling. i keep getting hungry after a while. ULGH...
anyway going to call ken-boy soon before i turn in. going to wake up at about 7 to run. my housemates are damn onz...hehehe
hmm had a surprise birthday thing for sam today. rushed through the sushi-making process because we only had an hour to finish preparing sandwiches and sushi. it was a pretty cosy setting and well at least the birthday boy was, or he looked, surprised. =)
before all the jazz, i went to the city after my lesson. (i still tink the tutor doesn't know what he's saying. i'm so screwed for my mkf assignment. it's only 15% ulghhh!!!) well validated my ticket before heading down to run. this week's the week of 8 rounds. when i come back from NZ (tink my stamina will go down again) i'll continue with 8, then i'll progress every week by 2 rounds.
after running, i took a shower and went to uni to get some business settled *AHEM* hehehehehee....
yeah tat was about it. tired...can't seem to opn my eyes. waiting in anticipation...hungryy... the housemates of no4 2005.

my weekend
friday: went for yum cha, and we ended up at christie's place talking for quite a while =)
saturday: went to chiang wey/grace/wani's place for their housewarmin. =) had too much food. maybe tat's why my stomach's feeling funny. haven't had so much food in a long while so i guess my stomach wasn't accustomed to it.
sunday: jan, kee, christie, winson, yvonne and myself went to st kilda's to check out the market. we had breakfast first before venturing and strolling off wat we had. =) saw a few cute babies, so i decided to take a couple of pics. i also came across these cute dogs!!!!!! i want a doooooogggg sniffffff...
anyway we ended up at lygon where we had gelati. hahaha janelle for some reason dropped her ice cream, so the poor gal had to buy another one. HAHAHAHA... i burst into laughter (yes i'm evil) when i saw the sight. hahaha it was "PRICELESS" hehehe
hmmm yeah tat was my weekend. 4 more days before i go to NEW ZEALAND! the land of the moo moos (as if berwick aint enough). well hope i can finish up some more work before i go over to see karen.

hahaha darn i'm helping yahoo advertise. tsk tsk they should pay me i tell you.
anyway in less than 1/2 a day, i managed to..
1) find a job (my aunt hooked me up with this dude from nudels 'n' wraps. dunno how much i'm going to get paid but i'll be starting work on the 3rd. that means...I NEED TO FINISH MY WORK BY THEN!!!
2) do my groceries for today's potluck dinner, and for the rest of the week. i'm very excited come monday morning. hehee i've got something for janelle AND myself WHEEEEE... yes fancy being excited over the littlest things. tat's me! i'm a kid at heart. that's wat the owner of nudels n wraps said. actually he said i looked like i was 16 =p
3) do my laundry. hahah my dreaded part of my week. but as i was preparing for today's potluck i was actually looking fwd to it. tsk i'm wierd.
4) RUN...yesh... ran for about 12 rounds. i'm actually looking forward to resting tomorrow... hehehe
5) terrorise a kid. hahahahah i was having lunch when i saw this kid sitting in front of me (my aunt was ordering food). so i stuck out my tongue, almost as if i didn't like him (ahhhh i remember primary school now). he was actually quite amused and tugged his mum. he pointed at me but the mum didn't even bother entertaining him. HA!
well..that's about it for now. i've got more things to do today...ulgh
a) cook. i'm cooking green curry today. WHOO!!!
b) reading up for next week's marketing class
c) finishing up my 500-word report for the damn debate. )(#&*@($&#@

waiting...
well...had quite a good day. stress free... =) initially i wanted to actually join a meeting but i didn't wanna go in in the middle of the meeting so i opted out.
went for my usual run. took a bus for my pilates class before rushing back for a nice hot shower. met rongyao, christie and chris before we headed to new royal garden. =) the peeps there actually remember me....!!! hehehe and i suspect they gave me a discount because our bill amounted up to about less than 35 bucks! hahaha
we headed down to the glen for some ice cream, chatted for a bit before chris had to leave us. the three of us then went for our second meal. the gals watched rongyao finish his noodles before we went to mannix where we chatted for prob an hour or so. RY left after he accompanied me back to grab some notes for his soci essay.
yeah so tat was my day. i can't wait to sleep. waiting for daryl and maggie to come over for a while. hahaha we're going to chat for a while i tink. hahaha...oh before i go... doesn't chris here remind anyone of andrew teo?? =) chris jus got a haircut and when i saw him, i was like WHAOOOOOooo! hahah

my body's dyinggggg
hmm my body's degenerating i tink. HAHAHA well i feel so tired everyday. think it's the lack of rest. and although i dun do much i still feel so tired....TIAN AH!!!! WE SHOU MOU!!!!???! hhahaha (BUT i'll still run everyday. hope i keep it up even in NZ...KAREN dun be devil's advocate eh!)
jus ran about 8 rounds with rongyao today. i continued brisk walking till rongyao finished his sprint drill. hhahha chatted with him a bit while i was preparing for dinner. =) then he had to rush to school again. didn't know he was staying at amardale (can't spell for nuts) that's really darn far from school. no wonder he's late all teh time.
anyway i think my marketing tutor is a piece of trash. doesn't know wat he's talking about. i'm paying so much for such shitty tutors. tsk tsk. well was late again for the tut because the caufield bus was late )(*$(#*$# guess i've to sacrifice my beauty sleeep to catch the earlier shuttle service. ULGH
i also went for the fair... the career fair tat is. a little demoralised because i've to actually be PR before i'm even considered for an interview. shucks. there goes my chance of working. sigh. maybe i'll discuss with mum about this. i wanna work here for a while if i can. *crosses fingers*
oh well...time to go. going to wwwake up early to go to the gym for body balance. excited =) love body balance. then i'll come back and run. dun like running on the threadmill.
hope i dun get splurts of breathing difficulty. just used my inhaler. yesterday i felt like crap too. could be the stupid yoghurt. made me feel sick yesterday. bahhh.

i didn't HITCH a ride today...sniff
it was a looong day today. ran at 7 odd in the morning, before i showered and went for classes. ended my last seminar at 5.55. danny and myself had to take the shuttle bus down to clayton before taking another bus to syndal to take a train. ulgh. at times like these, i wish i had a car.
anyway watched quite a funny show. i simply love will smith. he's so smooth i tell you. =) and i bet he kisses well. hehehe i dun mind puckering up for mr hunk. heh...
well... jus had another two pieces of bread for dinner. ulgh. been eating rubbish today. well not really but i ate quite a bit today. 5 slices of bread, egg salad, a big bowl of yoghurt and a pear. hahahha good thing i'm going to run tomorrow again! hope rongyao remembers, if not, i'll jus run by myself.
hopefully my plan to exercise everyday will fall through. =) let's see... my challenge also includes
- no snacking (that means there goes my favourite chocolates!!! sniff)
- no sweet drinks, and carbonated drinks
- no tropical fruits (yes yes orders from above)
- going to the gym at least 3 times a week (other than the running)
- no milo (sniff another chocolate substitute is not allowed)
see how long i can last. if all goes well, next week i'll add in no fried food. i want to lead quite a healthy life style! =)

my encounters with public transport
yesterday, i checked the train timings, so i thought i could actually do a little grocery shopping. i skipped into coles in melbourne central, grabbed whatever i could as fast as i can (wished i were playing one of those supermarket shows where u grab watever and u win watever u grab).
as i took the escalator down, i saw the train doors close and moved off without me. sniff. i had to take a train to flinders to change trains. by the time i reached huntingdale, i waited for another hour before i started calling ppl to ask whether there were any more bus services. you see, there wasn't any time table for the bus service so i got a little worried. there was a crowd waiting for the bus as well. finally i decided to walk home from huntingdale. yes call me crazy.
while walking, i was very glad it was still bright and i could take my time to walk. i was also grumbling to myself about the load that i had to carry. i was actually thinking of running home but with the bags of groceries, i thought it was not that advisable to. =p
after walking for about 5 minutes, A BUS ZOOMED PAST ME. and i screamed. for some odd (i still thank God nonetheless) reason, the bus stopped for me. hehe =p thank goodness. if not it would have prob taken me about at least 1/2 an hour to walk back.
TODAY, after classes, janelle and I rushed down to the shuttle bus, and guess wat? it was packed. there were actually a couple of seats which were 'booked' (reserved) by books and bags. i was very tempted to actually throw it out of the bus and just take the seats. damn those inconsiderate ppl.
i suggested to jan that we should try the train, the public train. forgetting that it's a public holiday (transport systems are infrequent during public hols), we walked to the stupid train station and the next train was in another hour's time.
janz got a little worried because she had a class at 4. so we called jiarong to pick us up. man! thanks dude! and we managed to get back to clayton by 4. sheesh.
at times like these, i wish....
1) i had a car...
2) wait...maybe i wish i had money to buy a car...
3) wait...maybe money to take a cab because petrol is ex now... hehe
4) the transport system is as superb (pls repeat after me, S-U-P-E-R-B) as singapore's .. trust me. if u come over to aussie, you'll realise that singapore's transport system is world class. well to me that is. =)
well oh well...what can we do? nothing ... =p mum i want a car! i want a driver. hmm..maybe a driver's better. i dun like driving anymore. hehe i prefer to be driven =)
maybe it's time to build up my stamina, then i can run anywhere i want!!! maybe on second thought, not berwick nor the city, but clayton town! HAHAHA i made a date with rongyao to run with him this wed. so at least a partner to run. =) wheeeee...
okok..time to do some reading before i sleep early. i want to wake up early to run. at least su fei doesn't mind waking up in the morning =)

moomba part 2
met up with tina yesterday. we met at flinders and decided to go to federation square for lunch. we ended up at this really cosy restaurant. ordered our food and had a good catch up session. after that tina decided to go to the moomba thing for a while. we walked for about 5 minutes before she decided to turn around and walk away from moomba. there wasn't anything nice anyway =) oh well... the melting ice sculpture. i wonder why they put it in the middle of nowhere. wat was the significance??
